Vaisheshika (Vaiśeṣikadarśanam) is one of the six orthodox systems of Indian philosophy and is traditionally attributed to Kanada.
It explains the nature of reality through the analysis of substances, qualities, actions, universals, particularities, and inherence.
The system presents an atomic theory, describing the universe as composed of eternal atoms governed by natural laws.
