दे॒वस्य॑ त्वा सवि॒तुः प्र॑स॒वेऽश्विनो॑र्बा॒हुभ्यां॑ पू॒ष्णो हस्ता॑भ्याम्। सर॑स्वत्यै वा॒चो य॒न्तुर्य॒न्त्रिये॑ दधामि॒ बृह॒स्पते॑ष्ट्वा॒ साम्रा॑ज्येना॒भिषि॑ञ्चाम्यसौ॥३०॥

दे॒वस्य॑। त्वा॒। स॒वि॒तुः। प्र॒स॒व इति॑ प्रऽस॒वे। अ॒श्विनोः॑। बा॒हुभ्या॒मिति॑ बा॒हुऽभ्याम्। पू॒ष्णः। हस्ता॑भ्याम्। सर॑स्वत्यै। वा॒चः। य॒न्तुः। य॒न्त्रिये॑। द॒धा॒मि॒। बृह॒स्पतेः॑। त्वा॒। साम्रा॑ज्ये॒नेति॒ साम्ऽरा॑ज्येन। अ॒भि। सि॒ञ्चा॒मि॒। अ॒सौ॒ ॥३०॥

देवस्य त्वा सवितुः प्रसवे श्विनोर्बाहुभ्याम्पूष्णो हस्ताभ्याम् । सरस्वत्यै वाचो यन्तुर्यन्त्रिये दधामि बृहस्पतेष्ट्वा साम्राज्येनाभि षिञ्चाम्यसौ ॥

देवस्य। त्वा। सवितुः। प्रसव इति प्रऽसवे। अश्विनोः। बाहुभ्यामिति बाहुऽभ्याम्। पूष्णः। हस्ताभ्याम्। सरस्वत्यै। वाचः। यन्तुः। यन्त्रिये। दधामि। बृहस्पतेः। त्वा। साम्राज्येनेति साम्ऽराज्येन। अभि। सिञ्चामि। असौ॥३०॥

Meaning
In this world of Lord Savita’s creation, with the arms of the Ashwinis, that is, with the fiery brilliance of the sun and the soothing serenity of the moon, with the hands of Pusha, that is, with the nourishment and sustenance of the vital air, I anoint and consecrate you as the illustrious ruler of the land for the advancement of language and literature in the service of Saraswati (learning), for the promotion of science and technology, and invest you with the earthly regality of Brihaspati, the glorious lord of the mighty world.
