होता॑ यक्ष॒त् तनू॒नपा॑तमू॒तिभि॒र्जेता॑र॒मप॑राजितम्। इन्द्रं॑ दे॒वस्व॒र्विदं॑ प॒थिभि॒र्मधु॑मत्तमै॒र्नरा॒शꣳसे॑न॒ तेज॑सा॒ वेत्वाज्य॑स्य॒ होत॒र्यज॑॥२॥

होता॑। य॒क्ष॒त्। तनू॒नपा॑त॒मिति तनू॒ऽनपा॑तम्। ऊ॒तिभि॒रित्यू॒तिऽभिः॑। जेता॑रम्। अप॑राजित॒मित्यप॑राऽजितम्। इन्द्र॑म्। दे॒वम्। स्व॒र्विद॒मिति॑ स्वः॒ऽविद॑म्। प॒थिभि॒रिति॑ प॒थिऽभिः॑। मधु॑मत्तमै॒रिति॒ मधु॑मत्ऽतमैः। नरा॒शꣳसे॑न। तेज॑सा। वेतु॑। आज्य॑स्य। होतः॑। यज॑ ॥२ ॥

होता यक्षत्तनूनपातमूतिभिर्जेतारमपराजितम् । इन्द्रन्देवँ स्वर्विदम्पथिभिर्मधुमत्तमैर्नराशँसेन तेजसा वेत्वाज्यस्य होतर्यज ॥

होता। यक्षत्। तनूनपातमिति तनूऽनपातम्। ऊतिभिरित्यूतिऽभिः। जेतारम्। अपराजितमित्यपराऽजितम्। इन्द्रम्। देवम्। स्वर्विदमिति स्वःऽविदम्। पथिभिरिति पथिऽभिः। मधुमत्तमैरिति मधुमत्ऽतमैः। नराशꣳसेन। तेजसा। वेतु। आज्यस्य। होतः। यज॥२॥

Translation
The sacrificer worships the respledent Lord, the protector of the body (tanunapat) with His protective aids, conqueror of all, and always unconquered, the divine and the Lord, who conducts (us) to the world of light by the sweetest paths with His radiance praised by men. May He enjoy. O sacrificer, offer oblations of purified butter. (1)
Note
Tanūnapät, तनुं न पातयति य:, protector of the body. Also, the son of himself; the fire is reproduced continually from some other fire. Svarvidam, one who conducts us to the world of light or of bliss. Madhumattamaiḥ pathibhiḥ, along the sweetest paths.
