भुवः॑। य॒ज्ञस्य॑। रज॑सः। च॒। ने॒ता। यत्र॑। नि॒युद्भि॒रिति॑ नि॒युत्ऽभिः॑। सच॑से। शि॒वाभिः॑। दि॒वि। मू॒र्द्धान॑म्। द॒धि॒षे॒। स्व॒र्षाम्। स्वः॒सामिति॑ स्वः॒ऽसाम्। जि॒ह्वाम्। अ॒ग्ने॒। च॒कृ॒षे॒। ह॒व्य॒वाह॒मिति॑ हव्य॒ऽवाह॑म् ॥१५ ॥

भुवः। यज्ञस्य। रजसः। च। नेता। यत्र। नियुद्भिरिति नियुत्ऽभिः। सचसे। शिवाभिः। दिवि। मूर्द्धानम्। दधिषे। स्वर्षाम्। स्वःसामिति स्वःऽसाम्। जिह्वाम्। अग्ने। चकृषे। हव्यवाहमिति हव्यऽवाहम्॥१५॥

Translation
О fire divine, you are the leader of this world, of this sacrifice, and of the mid-space, which you look after with your auspicious teams. You hold your head high in the sky and make your pleasure-seeking tongue the bearer of oblations. (1)

Bhuvah, of this world; of Earth. भुव: भवसि, you become. (Mahidhara). Rajasah, अंतरिक्षस्य , of the mid-space. रजस: उदकस्य यज्ञपरिणाम भूतस्य, of rain water caused by the sacrifice, (यज्ञात्भवति पर्जन्य: clouds are formed due to the sacrifice performed). Niyudbhih, with the teams of horses; with mares; with vdyu (wind), नियुतो नाम वायोरश्वा:, niyuts are the mares of the wind (in legend). Svarsam, सुखानि सनंति भजंति यया ताम्, with which the pleasures are enjoyed; pleasure-seeking. Jihvà, tongue; flames are the tongues of fire as if.
