अदि॑त्यै॒ रास्ना॑सि॒ विष्णो॑र्वे॒ष्पोस्यू॒र्ज्जे त्वाऽद॑ब्धेन॒ त्वा॒ चक्षु॒षाव॑पश्यामि। अ॒ग्नेर्जि॒ह्वासि॑ सु॒हूर्दे॒वेभ्यो॒ धाम्ने॑ धाम्ने मे भव॒ यजु॑षे यजुषे॥३०॥

अदि॑त्यै। रास्ना॑। अ॒सि॒। विष्णोः॑। वे॒ष्पः। अ॒सि॒। ऊ॒र्ज्जे। त्वा॒। अद॑ब्धेन। त्वा॒। चक्षु॑षा। अव॑। प॒श्या॒मि॒। अ॒ग्नेः। जि॒ह्वा। अ॒सि॒। सु॒हूरिति सु॒ऽहूः॑। दे॒वेभ्यः॑। धाम्ने॑। धाम्न॒ऽइति॒ धाम्ने॑ धाम्ने। मे॒। भ॒व॒। यजु॑षे यजुष॒ऽइति॒ यजु॑षे यजुषे ॥३०॥

अदित्यै रास्नासि विष्णोर्वेष्पोस्यूर्जे त्वादब्धेन त्वा चक्षुषावपश्यामि । अग्नेर्जिह्वासि सुहूर्देवेभ्यो धाम्नेधाम्ने मे भव यजुषेयजुषे ॥

अदित्यै। रास्ना। असि। विष्णोः। वेष्पः। असि। ऊर्ज्जे। त्वा। अदब्धेन। त्वा। चक्षुषा। अव। पश्यामि। अग्नेः। जिह्वा। असि। सुहूरिति सुऽहूः। देवेभ्यः। धाम्ने। धाम्नऽइति धाम्ने धाम्ने। मे। भव। यजुषे यजुषऽइति यजुषे यजुषे॥३०॥

Translation
You are the girdle of the earth. (1) You are the waist-belt of the sun. (2) I wear you for vigour. (3) I look at you with pleased eyes. You are the tongue of fire. For me become a good invoker of Nature's bounties at every place in every sacrifice. (4)
Note
According to the ritualists, this mantra is recited while adhvaryu girds the wife of the sacrificer with a munja cord. Rasna रास्ना रशना і. е. the girdle. Aditi, that which is undevided; the earth; the Eternity as well. Vespa, one that surrounds or encompasses. वेष्प आवत उच्यते i. e. waist-band. Suhu, а good invoker; also one that can be easily invoked.
